Enquiries and booking

Submitting a form or contacting MyTutor is an enquiry, not a confirmed lesson booking. Subject coverage and tutor availability are checked for your specific requirements. Fees, currency, payment method, lesson length and arrangements must be agreed before a booking is confirmed.

Lesson arrangements

Cancellation, rescheduling, refunds and any trial arrangements are confirmed in writing before payment. Do not pay until these terms and your tutor’s availability are clear. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Learning and academic integrity

Tutoring supports understanding, practice and independent work. We do not guarantee grades, admission, exam scores or a particular result. Tutors must not impersonate students, sit examinations or complete assessed work for submission.

Students under 18

A parent or guardian should arrange lessons, provide contact details and oversee appropriate communication and online lesson arrangements.
